    Hi, I bought a server for my website and my members (more than 300 members, french people), and I need it... I posted a ticket : #740505 but nobody answer since this morning... I bought it yesterday evening. 24hours past, but no one answered... I don't know if my server is active... Beside my "service : Private Hive (EU) - Germany" there is "active" but I don't know if I can change my server/tc admin. They told me that I have to get an email from them before doing anything on it, so I didn't do anything... Can you help me ? Can you do something please ? Active my server? Pierre Delmer
