Feature Request: Times of day that are PVP

I'd like to run a PVE server that has specific PVP times.  For example its PVE server the majority of the time.  But 7pm central until 10pm central, then its PVP.  

 

This would allow for specific times when you need to be on to protect your stuff, or form attacks etc..

 

It would allow for more organization around PVP events with other members of the server.

 

And honestly would be helpful for those who work during the day =)

 

Thoughts?

 

I realize that you can switch from PVE to PVP using the server settings switch but that's tedious and I can't always be online. An automated thing would be helpful..
