AfterShock911 27 Report post Posted February 1, 2017 Just a word of warning BattleEye is causing a lot of problems right now. The official servers have/are removing BE from their servers until they can get it figured out. I turned it off on my server and passworded it until the issues are resolved. Lag, Rubber banding, Kicks after joining server (after 19:00 patch last night), instant timeout kicks, blackscreens on joining, and a few others that I have seen. http://steamcommunity.com/app/440900/discussions/0/133255957994803150/ This is why SS has set it to default as off in the config currently. BennyP 17 Report post Posted February 1, 2017 Interesting.. I havent seen any sort of that activity and I have it enabled. Its been running since 10 PM CST last night. Bencorp 2 Report post Posted February 2, 2017 BennyP, You have 4 people on your server, ofcourse you are not experiencing it.Official servers had to disable Battleye and limit slots from 70 to 40, temporarily.We noticed it alot on our server when it had 20-30 people on.And noticed a big change when we disabled Battleeye.
