    after applying that you want battle eye activated you must restart server then validate and restart again to make it stay

    Or: Once you are ingame and have server admin acess hit ETC then go to the tab that sais server settings: once you are there you can then change your options ingame, one of those options should me drop loot on death or something along those lines hope this helps
