How do I load someone else's local map to my server?

I am trying to load someone else's local map to my server. When I loaded it in, it did load a different map BUT I do not see the structures he built. Please help. Thanks!

Here are my custom Launch Parameters and yes I do have all the mods he has used on the server

One you shouldnt have posted the server password info. Two you cant run his server info using his IP's especially if yours are different. Third you cant run local server saves on a provider server assuming that is what you are trying to do. The save configuration is done differently for ARK. Best you can do is make sure you have those mods loaded on the new server make sure all users have their dinos and players saved to ob if possiable and try to transfer stuff. Everything will have to be built again.

This information is wrong. You can copy a local save file to a remote server. It's very easy.

 

I'd write a detailed guide but I am on vacation. Submit a support ticket attaching your TheIsland.ark as well as all of the *.arktribe and *.arkprofile files and one of our staff will be more than willing to help you get squared away.
