People who have admin are having trouble connecting to the server. They will load in, but everything will be black. You will still be able to hear the game, but after a minute it gives you a "Failed to load into server message" Anyone know any solutions?

I am trying to load someone else's local map to my server. When I loaded it in, it did load a different map BUT I do not see the structures he built. Please help. I am trying to load this map/conversion. For some reason the map will not load. The map/conversion is set to private, but I am set as a contributor so I can access it. Here is what I am dealing with.

I am trying to connect to ARKon to download mods to my server, but I am unable to connect. I remember on another server provider I had to click a button, I think called SteamCMD on the control panel and then connect via ARKon while SteamCMD was active on the server site. Do I have to do something like that?
