he's talking about the new 242 beacons customization through game.ini, from what i understand you need to download the ark dev kit and make them through there, i just use rawr beacons which you can find here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=557147187you download a pdf file and it has the item codes they use for the mod i can give you the script i use and info on it if you want my name on steam is N9neBlade or just message me here

You only need the devkit if you need the string names, which can be found in easier formats on websites. The 242 update allows server admins the ability to customize loot drops using the ini config files rather then having to rely on a mod or having to cook their own changes with the devkit. Information can be found here.

They give an example of how to build a loot table at the bottom of that post, which you put in your game.ini
