This includes inventories, vehicles, vehicle spawn locations, player locations, etc. phpMyAdmin is just a web interface to MySQL. If you are familiar with SQL then it becomes an effective tool to view and make small changes to your database. If you look at the table "survivor" in the database for the map you are playing on, perhaps "dayz2", you should see player locations, inventories, medical status, and if they are dead.
