Attempted to get my server to swap to The Center keep getting timed out.

So I attempted to swap my server to the Mod map The Center. I wiped the saved data and I have input the launch command and ID numbers. However even though it says it is up it does not allow me or anyone else to log in. Instead we get timed out. Could i get some ideas as to why this could be occuring? My server ID: 12720 I have a Support ticket up as well
