Players not being able to connect via IP

I have a few players reporting they can't connect via the IP listed under the Server Details on the CP.

Some can't connect via searching for the name.

 

Is there a way to correct this? I want to get a decent population on the server, and this is hindering it(I believe).

There is a small 'Launch' button just above the RCON details of your server. If you click that, Steam should launch and show you some details of the server. You should then be able to join the server. You can also copy the link of that button (should start with "steam://", and share it with people. If they press Win key + R (assuming they're on Windows), and paste that link, it should also result in a Steam window with the server details.

Perhaps the direct IP, for players to join with, should be added into the CP...

It depends on the join method whether it is +1 or not but as the other poster stated the Launch button will "direct connect" you into the game.

It isn't for me though, it's for people who want to join via Steam > View > Servers > Add Server

I am not quite sure why that method needs to be listed in the control panel when the launch button works perfectly fine, that was my point.
