  1. I'm having the same issue, rented an Ark server approx. 3 hours ago, still unable to play. It goes wrong when loading mods. I already created a support ticket but no response yet.
  2. There is a small 'Launch' button just above the RCON details of your server. If you click that, Steam should launch and show you some details of the server. You should then be able to join the server. You can also copy the link of that button (should start with "steam://", and share it with people. If they press Win key + R (assuming they're on Windows), and paste that link, it should also result in a Steam window with the server details.
  3. I've moved the server to Germany and I must say it seems to help a lot. Still a bit lag sometimes but much less than the server in France. So a tip for players in The Netherlands, Belgium and obviously Germany itself. Rent the server in Germany.
  4. Thanks for your reply. I was going to transfer to a server in Germany now, I've back-upped the content in "\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks", as described in the control panel. However, do you know if my character will also be transfered?
  5. Hi, Since about two weeks I'm renting an ARK server from Survival Servers. The first few days the server was perfect, no lag whatsoever. However after a while lag started to happen more and more. The latency is quite stable at about 10-60ms, but sometimes the whole ARK world hangs for about 2-3 seconds. That got me thinking, I just saw that servers can also be hosted in Germany. So my question is, would it be better for me to host the server in Germany than in France? Is the server performance between those locations the same? Would I have a better/faster/more stable connection to servers in Germany than in France? We are playing with 5 people on the server, we all live in the southern part of The Netherlands. Thanks!
