I'm pretty much confused on this multiplier stat, as I don't fully understand it. 
For example

 

I have my Wild Dino Torpidity multiplier stat by 3. Does this means that they will be having lower torpidity? or it will be higher?

 

and if Player Stamina Drain Multiplier is at .5, this means that they will drain stamina slower?

 

Just wanted to balance stuff especially dinosaur matters because of the patch, and I would just want to make sure of it. :)
