Are you a customer service rep? Because the last two threads I've created about important issues you've locked without explanations. That's very bad customer service.

 

My server has not shown up yet in the ingame browser since I purchased it. You locked the thread by saying "there's other threads like this", but no reply about what's been done about it?

 

My other thread you locked asked how I can increase my server population. I'm literally asking you how I can give your company more money, and you lock the thread?

 

I'm having second thoughts about your company. Please respond.

READ FIRST! Quick fix check list:

• Use the Steam browser to find your game server. To find that, right-click Steam icon in your task bar and click Servers, then filter for ARK: Survival Evolved. Use your QueryPort (Port + 1) when adding to favorites. Check this thread for more details.
  
• Use Survival Launcher to find your game server - it's proven to be much more reliable than the Steam server list.
  
• Wait at least 5 minutes after launching your game server to see it in the server list.
  
• If it doesn't load after 15 minutes, your game server might be crashing. Check this thread for more details.

As far as Upgrading server slots. This must be done by a support ticket. The answer is on this forum as well.

Please read the pinned threads before posting. After that, use the search tool, if you are unsure, create a support ticket. This is a community forum and those are the rules. If you don't like that, simply open up a support ticket and we can directly help you there.

The information in those threads still remains true. If you can't find your server within 48 hours in the server list, you can switch locations or join your server using alternative methods. This is a known bug related to the Steam API that the ARK server list uses. There are far better options to finding your server which can be found from the pinned topics in this forum.
