Mdina 0 Report post Posted January 20 I am able to access FTP, but the problem arises when attempting to delete any files out of the server. There are issues with player's save data being corrupt at the moment, and the only fix currently known is to delete the save file, and have them recreate their character. I am unable to even do this as when it comes to deleting files, the following message appears: Requested action not taken, file not found or no access. So we are left with no permissions to delete files ourselves (player data), and with friends/community unable to play on the server, including myself. Please could this be rectified. CasualSloth 2 Report post Posted January 22 I'm having the same issue, I've made a forum post with no reply from an admin. I've made a ticket submission with no reply in over 12 hours from an admin.
