A fix that worked for me is checking off the Skip server updating option and the Clean SteamCMD Folder option. Then click the small start button on the top. My server has stayed up without issues since.

I believe the automated backup restore feature is currently non functional via the server control webpage. There is a bug where the automated manager is creating a restore.zip file in the servers saved folder, however; the restore.zip file is completely empty and does not overwrite the existing files. Its a known issue for everyone and we're all hoping for a fix soon. In the mean time, I've just been creating a manual backup until this issue is fixed.

Make a ticket, I received a response 14 hours after submission which granted me admin access on FTP.

We all have the same issue, multiple tickets have been made and yet we still haven't seen a single post by a staff members confirming the issue.

I'm having the same issue, I've made a forum post with no reply from an admin. I've made a ticket submission with no reply in over 12 hours from an admin. We can't even use the servers we pay for and the admins are all quiet. Interesting business strategy.

I believe I have a way to remedy this issue if I had access to write to the server via FTP. Every time I attempt to overwrite a file, I'm given an error stating no access. Does anyone know how to receive write permissions for our server files?

Hi Everyone, After my server crashed, when I reconnected after starting the server my character was wiped and it wanted me to create a new character. I was the only one of my friends to be wiped and the bases/items placed are still accurate on the world. Do any of you know of a way to restore my character file? Thanks!
