Friend getting Disconnected

I am playing on the same network with a friend and they keep getting disconnected every 15-20 minutes? Is this an issue on my end or the servers?

This could be an issue with the packets being sent. If you are fine and they are the ones getting kicked have them double check their antivirus to make sure nothing is blocking anything with the server connection.
