Syphen 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2015 Questions to ask are how long ago did you start it, what version of Ark is it running? Sometimes if the server is just started it might not be visible in the ingame server browser and you have to add it through the steam server browser. Which you access by right clicking your steam icon in the taskbar and choosing the servers option. If it is running an older version of the server that will also keep people from connecting and you would need to run Ark update. Syphen 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2015 I would try having them add it through the steam browser not the in-game one.
