Bricktop 1 Report post Posted September 8, 2015 Hey guys I sent a support ticket and I made a post in the Lounge but I'm not sure if that was the right place. Basically I just need to know if anyone else has a server down right now with the status "Unknown" My server went down about 3 hours ago and I can't get it to start back up. Is there something going on I don't know about? Was my server hacked or is this a provider issue? Just looking for answers. Bilco 41 Report post Posted September 8, 2015 Server down with a status unknown usually means that there is a problem at the data center where your server is located. Could be a number of things but regardless putting in a support ticket is the correct thing to do. It may take some time for the issue to be resolved depending on the problem.
