NWDD 0 Report post Posted August 31, 2015 I bought the game yesterday and I'm unable to log into the server. I did create a ticket, but I cannot enter the "Check Ticket Status" because It would not let me, says "Access Denied", even though I put in the correct information. I did not receive a ticket number nor do I have confirmation of my ticket in e-mail, so I cannot provide you with that. I'm pretty sure you can find my ticket in the system, however.
