Teno 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2015 I have my server located in the Dallas data center. I am now receiving pings well over 300ms. Is there a current problem with that datacenter. Can I get some updates as to why my server has been down for most of the day, for it to be brought back up with gamesetting.ini files wiped and horrible pings. I ping test through speedtest.net to their dallas data center and get a sub 50ms ping. Why have I lost an entire day of server up time with 0 response outside of an apology for the inconvenience. Money is being spent on a service. It seems you guys are having trouble keeping that service up, yet having no issue deducting the money to do so. Unhappy customer.
