I can't get my server working correctly

I have been trying for two days to get my server to give more engram points per level or to simply make all engrams cost 0 and be available at level 1. I have tried a whole variety of pastebin links pasted into my game.ini at the bottom of the file. I have tried it with and without other commands the engram points either don't change or I simply get 1 per level. I followed the instructions for setting engrams to level 1 and 0 points and I did this for every engram but only the plesiosaur saddle was modified. I have also tried removing all server data and starting over. This also has not worked. So if someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Here is a pastebin link for the most recent (of many) configs I have tried. It is my preference that it work because we are wanting to do a 300 level server.

I have also tried the server manager posted in the steam forums. 

Nothing works and this is getting quite frustrating as noone else seems to have issues givng 5x or 10x engram points.

I tried so many different things I finally got fed up. I purchased a server through another company and my config files worked perfectly. Which leaves me to believe that somehow survival servers is responsible for my issue.

You had to use Custom launch perimeters. If you did not it will not read the FTP changes.

You can either modify GameUserSettings.ini from the WindowsServer folder (not the ClearnSourceConfigs folder). It's an either/or, not both.

Have lv 102 on my server so don't see any problem with survivalservers .

this goes into ur /ShooterGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer  . Edite Game.ini paste in there.

It also generates the code .

 

Try to test it on ur local ark server before u use it in ur online server. Any wrong typ in the code could crash the server/players bugged server won't start ,..
