I tried so many different things I finally got fed up. I purchased a server through another company and my config files worked perfectly. Which leaves me to believe that somehow survival servers is responsible for my issue.

I have been trying for two days to get my server to give more engram points per level or to simply make all engrams cost 0 and be available at level 1. I have tried a whole variety of pastebin links pasted into my game.ini at the bottom of the file. I have tried it with and without other commands the engram points either don't change or I simply get 1 per level. I followed the instructions for setting engrams to level 1 and 0 points and I did this for every engram but only the plesiosaur saddle was modified. I have also tried removing all server data and starting over. This also has not worked. So if someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Nothing works and this is getting quite frustrating as noone else seems to have issues givng 5x or 10x engram points.
