missjennabee 1 Report post Posted July 7, 2015 (Ticket #856986) For some reason our server status has been showing as Unknown all morning, although despite this the server had been up and running perfectly fine for the past few hours. Unfortunately, when I tried to run the update, the server restarted and now will not come back online. Server status continues to just show as "Unknown" vs. "Loading" or whatever it typically does after update. Any idea how to get the server back online? Thanks in advance for any help, Jenna Post-Edit: Switched from NY to LA and that seems to have solved it, so I guess this was just a NY server related issue.
