Server problems for way too long

I've rented this server for soon 2 days. There is a ticket up but I rarely get good updates or help.
So, these are the issues that should be fixed by now considering that steep price I had to pay for this.

Server NOT updating regardless of me using updating tool 3-4 times. It does not update to the new version which denies us any access at all to the server.

The server is a pain in the ass to join. I've added it multiple times on favourites, with both IPs ​​​​​62.210.249.236:17915 and 62.210.249.236:17916 . Only way we tend to get in is to; start the game, then tab out. Go to steam server browser, spam refresh and click on the server before it turns "dark" and hope to be able to join during that 1-2 second gap we have. Sometimes it takes 5 tries, other times it takes 60. And bottom line is that we can't ask our friends to do the same. They will give up and have given up joining it. It's just too much of a hassle.

I've had this server for 30+ hours and still been close to unplayable. I need this fixed asap!


 I'll post this here since the tickets doesn't seem to work very well. And the few answers I've gotten so far are answers that's not even close to solving anything at all.  Hopefully someone here can help us out.

It takes approximately 10 minutes for the server to switch from "Loading" to "Ready to join"

 

 

When it is "Ready to join" you should search for it in the Steam server browser and join.

 

ARK updates take anywhere from 5 minutes to 60 minutes depending on if your game server has the files already or not. It's around 13.9 gb pulling from Steam and Steam has been throttling connections lately. If you are simply updating from already having a playable server, it's 5-10 minutes tops.
