My friend ordered a Unturned server but it ddin't activate

So my friend bought a Unturned server, and he did not get a email about the server at all. He tried to make a support ticket, but you need a server id to do that, which he doesnt have because his server didnt activate. What's left to do?

You can enter 0000 for the game server ID (or some random digits) to create a ticket. We'll take a look from there.
