FTP Failed To Receive Directory

Hey, when I use FileZilla to access my server files, I obviously don't have the permissions for some weird reason to view the addons folder in the root directory or the "Antihack" folder. I need to get in to the addons folder so I can change the loading screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I think custom load screen just needs a change to description.ext doesn't it?

The path to the load screen is in the description.ext. It's most likely in the Img folder within the mission PBO.

But I need to access the folders to add custom mods in to the server as well? I can't add the keys for the pbo's and such to the server when it won't let me access the "Expansion" folder.

But I can't as said because I don't have the permissions to get in to that section of the server files.

Good luck. That's like creating a new mod. May I suggest a different route? Run Overpoch and install THIS. You'll come really close to what you're looking for.

We block access to /Addons precisely because people have deleted important files there. Does more harm than good.

 

You do not need access to /Addons for pretty much any purpose for Arma 2: OA servers.
