any Simple way to upload a server map from local PC?

I have a local Map i am enjoying and would like my friends to be able to join me on it.

Yes you can upload your local save. This can be done from within your control panel towards the bottom. You would upload your zip file with only your .db and .fwl file. If you need further assistance, please submit a support ticket.

I am also having trouble syncing my local world. I tried submitting a ticket, but it keeps saying I'm entering the captcha wrong.
