StealthyMartian 65 Report post Posted October 27, 2014 It worked for me when I did mine also I am just a moderator. I do not work hand and hand with them. Thus I can not tell them to do anything. Also they are answering tickets. It is Monday they do not work over the weekend so please be patient as they work through the support tickets. This is the same sort of waiting time period as any other company out there. 24 to 48hrs (maybe a bit more if there is backlog). It is not like they have a whole team of 30 people sitting behind a desk responding to each and every ticket. I remember when I had a server with other host it took a month just to get back to me. Survival servers are the fastest at response which is most of the time within that 48hr period. Just tested it with my Arma 3 server. StealthyMartian 65 Report post Posted October 28, 2014 I entered your Address on gametracker as following 78.46.82.110 port: 6302 Query: 6301 if it gives you the it cant find it thing just hit the refresh button. as the following worked for me.
