koine 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2014 Hello first off getting a reply after 24h what a support. past saturday i bought a server arma 2 epoch with the map cherno and some mods and pay each half year. 40 hours after i bought the server it was still not up and had not recieved a email about it at all and when i went to the site it said it was paid and active but no game server in the list so i sent in a ticket about it and 24h later i finally got a reply and they told me that thewre were some prob so they set up a server for me and said "Your month starts now and you wil recieve a email with your server details. wel no details recieved so i went to check the server that they have setup and ive seen that not only is it registered as each half year pay but also the monthly which they set up. and the monthly which they have set up and which i did not wanted was wrong map and no mods installed. ive sent in a ticket with all that went wrong and yet still no reply would someone reply to my ticket and setup my server please ( Correctly) and ima not paying for a 1 month but paid for a half year server. StealthyMartian 65 Report post Posted October 15, 2014 Sorry to hear about your issue. You have submited another ticket which is good, and is a start to getting this fixed. As you stated you have 2 billing cycles one you set up and one survivalservers set up. Are you getting billed for both or just the one that was manually set up for you? koine 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2014 wel as i read it i paid for 6 months but did not recieve and the month one that was setup by you Guys is monthly but did not pay for it but has to at the end of the month ( not paying for that one) i am quite patience with this but it made me mad by how it was done (midly said) if you can read the ticket i have sent in you can see why i am mad and where it went wrong. it is now wed 20:20 in my time (Netherlands). if its not fixed or resolved by friday 20:00 i want my money back cause ive been waiting since saturday. and i am running out of patience and so are the members of the community which i am part of and for who we wanted a server.
