This is my game server ID: 199364 I'm not new to hosting ark servers. I've hosted about six on just this site alone. I've never once ran into the issue I am now. It seems that anytime I restart the server after changing some settings, or if the server just crashes and needs to be restarted, there's about a 50/50 chance it just gets stuck in limbo. I can't press the stop, start, or reset buttons. Clicking the big green button at the bottom does nothing. The server status just remains on "unknown" for hours until someone finally sees my ticket and fixes it. So far its uptime is about 50% according to Battlemetrics. I convinced friends in my discord to re-download this huge game, just for us to constantly be sitting around waiting for a server to start that never does. I feel bad because I'm wasting their time. Is there any ACTUAL fix to this other than waiting on support to "god mode" reset my server? Because if I have to make a support ticket every time I need to reset my server, or it crashes, I will be forced to use a different hosting site. Thanks.

Both my servers are refusing to update from ARK Version 541.5 to ARK Version 542.1 I have been waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes and the servers are still down. This is unbelievable I'm loosing players and server donations, the players are leaving my servers and discord channel for other servers because they are up and running without any issues. To be honest things like this are a big letdown as I did not expect to have issues like this with your guys as host. I left nitrado.net because I think they are a little overpriced but I never had any issues like this over there. Since I joined you guys and rented 2 servers and paid for them to run an entire year I have been experiencing huge lag spikes (Still going on), Server Rollbacks (which you luck ally fixed) no option to ban people from a Web-Interface I'm forced to login to the game, which is difficult at times as I'm not always in the same place as where my PlayStation is located. and now this servers that WON'T UPDATE I mean what else can go wrong? In all honesty I'm kinda feeling like you guys just don't care and I'm feeling that I should have never rented servers here. `You can say oh the have you tried using Default .INI files but that is not the issue, the .INI files are working perfectly fine` It's 5AM for me, I'm done waiting I'm off to bed. Never really post to forums so hopefully I am observing the correct forms... Curious about people's experience with having purchased add-ons executed; mainly how long it took etc...? For example, it has been a couple days since I ordered a couple of add-ons...have had no response or contact beyond the paypal invoice, should I be expecting any contact? rough time frame? Does it just show up on server or is there a email or something letting you know its complete? Additionally I submitted a ticket regarding loading infistar, I see wait times are up to 24 hours in cases of tricky stuff or research required. Similar question, it has been a couple of days and no response beyond the automated "your ticket is registered". Should I be expecting any kind of feedback etc?... kind of afraid to submit an additional ticket, or bump the first, since that would send it to the end of the queue (which seems to be a couple days long as the ticket appears unassigned/open). First time renting a server so just have no idea what to expect really. Anyways thanks for your thoughts on the above.
