When I set up a Procedural server, I had an error where it would not load. the message popped up about a duplicate key in the dictionary. this was from entering the seed name and world size in the serverconfig.xml, as far as I can tell. You only have to put that information in the control panel. According to a post on steam, there are 3 allowed world sizes: 4096, 8192 and 16384. I am using 8192, it works fine. Most worlds are pretty much the same. Snow in the north, forest in middle, desert in south. the seed just varies how much of each. You can still edit other xml files, such as creating custom recipes or removing dogs, But the server tools mod did not work (at least for me at launch).
