    Same issue. I have to use Filezilla to change it. If you decide to change any other setting in the server config AFTER you change DisableStructureDecay=false in the GameUserSettings.ini with an FTP client, it will overwrite it back to true. Very frustrating and it's hard to believe no one else has addressed this yet. Theoretically, everyone with an Ark server here is playing with structure decay off or just using an FTP client only.

    I'm having the same issue. When I unticked "DisableStructureDecay" and set the "StructureDecayDestructionPeriod" to 1 in the server config, it never changed it in the GameUserSettings. I have to use Filezilla to change it. It's not a big deal but if I use the server config to change any other setting, it overwrites DisableStructureDecay back to "true" in the GUS.
