Server stuck on Unknown status. Server ID: 60248 Ticket #: 771253 Thanks in advance!

Our server restart today rolled us back four days. Not an entire wipe, but still extremely upsetting as all our server members have been harvesting and building madly this week, not to mention all the breeding for bosses we were planning to do tomorrow. Server backups don't seem to be working at all either. Glad it isn't only us, but still quite unhappy.

Hi, For the last 2 days members have all been getting large lag spikes at the same time. Everything will be fine, then for around 30-60 seconds the ping for all players will jump up to around 300. We've tried rebooting the server a few times and no new mods have been added recently. Any ideas about how we can fix this? Thank you!

Last night some server members and I tried our cluster for the first time. The transfer went well, but we noticed that our transferred characters don't get any exp at all. I have not altered any character levels/exp/engrams in the server settings, so they are default. Is there something I need to change for us to get exp? (We are all between level 80 and 90 and get exp fine on the main server) Our main server (rag) has 7.5 difficulty (lv 225 wild dinos), but the cluster (SE) levels are much lower. I thought the cluster used the same settings? I can't see any options to modify server config forcluster specific settings. Edit: The dino levels seem to be working now after several destroywilddinos and a server restart, character exp is still an issue though Thanks in advance for any help/info!
