you will want it to be enablecheats "admin password" (also known as the Rcon password). The lock password is only used when connecting to the server. If you are still having issues logging in as admin please submit a ticket so we can take a closer look!

Yes, you will always need the ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json file as even a single cell server will be connected to a database. The only instance that a database won't be used is normally with the Blackwood map as its created to act as a standalone server very similar to ARK servers!

The ServerGrid.json contains all of the data that pertains to your servers map. For the ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json, this file contains all of the database information that link your servers together, you will never need to edit this file. The only file you will want to edit to adjust your map is the ServerGrid.json file!

Unfortunately at this time DeadSide has gone with an exclusive game server provider for their servers. When/if they release the server files to other providers we will re-visit adding support for them! Keep an eye on our twitter feed for any potential updates!

When you refer to "Mods" are you meaning config edits? PS4 servers cannot support mods like the PC steam servers can. You can heavily edit the Game.ini and GameUserSettings.ini files from your control panel! If you are having issues getting code to stick, please submit a support ticket!

Can you elaborate on what you mean? Only admins are able to send cheat commands if they have logged in as admin!

The Max Difficulty affects how hard the dinos on the server are and the level of loot they drop. The Override Official Difficulty value will affect the max level wild dinos will spawn at. If you want to edit how much damage wild dinos but not affect your tamed dinos, you will need to edit DinoClassDamageMultipliers and then you will have to edit the TamedDinoClassDamageMultipliers. (More information in the below image) If you just want to alter Dino damage in general you will want to edit the DinoDamageMultiplier in your GameUserSettings.ini

BattlEye is the Anti-cheat software that is used by almost all games that are published by Bohemia Interactive. Most servers have BattlEye to help prevent cheating. This is a normal popup, from what I can tell from this one, this popup is informing you of the data that is monitored by BattlEye likely in response to certain privacy laws in your area.

You can Mod Livonia the same way you would mod a normal Cherno+ map, the main difference is you need to edit the serverDZ.cfg to point towards the Livonia map and make sure you use the "Skip Save Config" toggle on server restarts!

As @Zoomin posted, if you run into this issue from the patch its due to the Debug Monitor being enabled via the serverDZ.cfg file in the admin folder! You can use FTP to go in and disable the debug monitor by setting the value to 0. Then make sure you use the "Skip Save Config" toggle on server restarts!

The Cluster and the Parent server share the same ini files, sometimes if you have modified "Per Level Stats" or multipliers you run into the issue with drastically increased player/dino stats!

Update! A fixed version has been pushed to the machines, if your server is still down run a "Yes, run update/force" on your servers and the update should be correctly applied! If you continue to have issues submit a support ticket!

Howdy! We are aware of an issue with the latest PS4 ARK update that is leaving servers in a stopped state after forcing an update on the servers from the control panel. As of now we are able to manually update the servers to correct the issue, so if you haven't already submit a support ticket. If you have already submitted a ticket please be a bit patience with us as we are working through a heavy volume of tickets today! We are aware of the stopped issue, if your server is still down please submit a support ticket. We are able to manually correct the problem, we are working on rolling out a fix to allow forcing an update to correct the issue!
