Yes it will be and yes you can upload the characters and then download them onto the Island. I would recommend making a backup of all data before hand using FTP to ensure you always have a backup!

The closest you can get to this is with these settings: TimeOfTheDaySpeed 1 0.25 2.95 The time of day speed multiplier. Divide 6 by your chosen value to find how long your day will be in hours. IE: If you chose a value of 3, you would have a 2h day. (6 / 3 = 2)

Yes, you will want to switch the Map type to Custom and place the Map Mod ID into the Mod ID(s) box. Then using custom launch parameters you will want to set the map to launch. If you need any help with this please submit a support ticket and be sure to include a link to the map you want to run! If you want to use Savage Wilds this is the line you will want to put in for the map section -> /Game/Mods/Savage_Wilds/Savage_Wilds

As far as I am aware this tool is still being used by the community to create custom maps, it is much more effective than having the server do it!

PS4 ARK does not support steam workshop mods, the only "mods" it supports are ini modifications for things such as stack size. crafting requirements and so on!
