  1. I'm having the same issue. This is my first day subscribing to Survival Servers, and I haven't played more than an hour because I've been either booted, or, as it is now, my server is getting a message saying an active task is running and STAFF INTERVENTION LOCK. I'm assuming this is because my server went down, and I rebooted my computer, so now the server is trying to complete the last task because it didn't shut down properly. But that's just an assumption - I'm not a computer/IT person. I would love to know what the solution is: it hasn't been 24 hours since I paid for the service and I'm wondering if I made the right choice in server hosts? (I've submitted a ticket and I'm waiting for a response.) EDIT: Ok, just got a response back, and it looks like this is really my fault (locked up my server through my own impatience, I think). Everything looks back online. Quick response! And thanks to Steven the account manager! And my server teammates thank you!
