Logs can be found in ConanSandbox/Saved/Logs.

Sometimes this can just take a little while for the server list to populate the server, if it were just created, as well. (Or restarted.)

One thing to check, if you set a PW on your private server, is make sure you have 'Show Password Protected' check marked on ARK server screen on PS4.
This is a pretty common mistake that we see, as it's hidden below the server list I believe.

Yes, Sony is a stickler for what you can and cannot access. They are also a huge stickler on downloading outside content that's not on the Playstation Store. This is why you can't really get any mods on PS4 that are not official.

Sweet, for anyone who's reading this, it does in fact report tribe logs as well. When one tribe killed another tribes dino, it showed up exactly like it would in a tribe log in my admin server logs. Happy day!

Ive tried to enable this multiple times. I have it pasted without the question mark in the modify server settings tab scrolled all the way down to
GameUserSettings.ini Custom Code
I still cant get it to work. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks
I've even tried to stop the server update it then and turn the server back on and it still wont work.\

You can switch maps at any time from your control panel for no additional cost.
You would only be charged for things like add-ons of slots to the server or if you wish to purchase an additional cluster server.

Would you mind submitting a ticket with your server ID so we can look at your control panel to see if there is an error anywhere else besides the custom launch parameters?

One way that you can push past this is the click on the "Clean SteamCMD" check box and then run the update. This has resolved most issues.

For ark you will want to head into the following area ShooterGame/Saved/
Save all the content in that saved folder to your desktop and it will be golden. That contains the player data, map data, tribes, and what not.

Yes, what Steven said. Ark is funny when it comes to symbols on server names in the in game server list.

You can obtain our save files via an FTP client.
To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method:
- Stop your server from the panel
- Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel
- Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file
- After uploading your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel

The file would be located in the SAVEDARKS folder.

ok so is it safe to assume they wont be available for tomorrows launch? my server expires at midnight tonight and i need to renew

Thanks for that. I managed, after much frustration, to increase thy dino levels. Did the 'destroywilddinos' command but, had to repeat it a few times for it to set properly, which also crashed the server. The levels SEEM to be right. For now. *crosses fingers*
Just want to make sure that you were able to set it up and that everything is working the way you want with your server now.
