My server is back to unknown

Server was up for a bit last night.  Checked this morning and back to an unknown state.  Ticket hasn't been touched since Sunday.  REFUND!!!!

Server is still down.  That is now 3 days out of 4 that I have owned the server.  I have requested a refund through Paypal.  I am holding off writing reviews until I see if a refund is processed as that will impact my scoring.

My server has been down since purchased on Saturday and it is an ARK server.  I don't have a message on my CP saying they are working to restore functionality.  I doubt hardware is to blame as it has already been established that multiple data centers are experience the issue.

This is an ARK server so your CONAN bugs don't hold water with me.

Server was up just for long enough that the ticket was responded to when the server was up.  Back down again...

Agree mine is still down.  I think a group of folks were down due to the power issue and have been fixed, but this didn't resolve it for me.
