I am more angry at the fact that I told a bunch of friends to join my server and it was working well without lag, which it was for like 6 hours this last Saturday and from that point on I've had to make up excuses about cpu leaks and all the other bs. Makes me look like an idiot when there are dozens of other servers running just fine.

Now stuck in Uknown status. Great job guys!

My server came back up last night, I didn't touch it till this morning because I got a 3 day 10 slot server on Nitrado which was running flawlessly all last night. So I come on to SS this morning and not even 5 minutes in, server crashes. So I perform the upgrade/validate to do a restart and takes a long time to reboot. I log back in again and not even 2 minutes in server crashes. Sorry guys, but you have bitten way off more than you can chew on this one. Save yourself the embarrassment and ridicule and drop conan until you guys get some real servers.

My server is in Dallas and it's not up yet.

Yep they could care less how long we have to wait. I'm tempted to dispute my paypal purchase and go to nitrado, but i'm giving them a little longer to see if they can actually fix their servers.

I agree no excuse for that. They've had plenty of time today to straightened out their servers. If there is a big problem they should let us know so we can either wait or move to a new server. Not fair to waste your customers time.

They had massive server failure yesterday during the day. They answered my ticket and said it was hardware failure. Then last night it just all went down again and has not been back up since. Seems like even their website server is barely alive. These guys better get their servers straight today or I'm switching hosts.

For some reason this topic isn't being discussed. I was reading threads from previous unknown status and the admin said it has related to hardware failure. I hope this isnt the case.

This is getting very frustrating. I can deal with all the random crashes and db crashes and restoring the db etc etc. But now I tried all of that and the server just stays in "unknown" status no matter what I do. Whats going on?????
