I'm back up since this morning (Euro time, so that was probably some 8 hours ago). So all in all I was down from monday afternoon to wednesday morning. I already moved to another host and have a refund request pending.

Tuesday OR Wednesday ??? Are you serious ? I'm sorry guys, I cannot stay with you as my server host. I rented this server on sunday and now you are telling me it might be out until wednesday. Under these circumstances I'm forced to ask for a refund and choose another host.

Cool story grandpa, but the war is over and it's 2017. And stable server hosting is part of the basics nowadays.

Game Server #35429 Updated/Validated, then it went into "Loading", about 10 mins later it showed "Unknown" status. Restart/Stop buttons are greyed out, rebooting by saving or config updating does nothing. It no longer reacts or is accessible.

For whatever reason I could suddenly log in while the status was still "Loading", also worked for my friends.

Exactly the same issue, brand-new server, ordered a bit over 1 hour ago. Followed the trouble-shooting suggestions, set it to update/validate and restarted over the config interface. Server Status: Loading Server: 35429 Support TT: 730168 I'm a new customer and chose your service because of the good reputation, but I'm already deeply disappointed and thinking about a refund.
