I'm not even THAT bummed about the outage/down time.  But the poor communication is pretty unforgivable.

 

Communication is something that tends to be part of a personal or corporate philosophy.  It is rarely improved upon in any significant way.  Communicating well is either a priority for the business or it isn't.

 I'm not going to rent the server for another month if this problem doesn't get fixed soon.

The server crashed about 3 times throughout the first day it was up. as soon as i went to bed it crashed and had been down for 6 hours until i woke up and reset it.

It seems to just hang there. It showed that there was 25 people online even in topconanservers but in reality there was 0 players and nobody could join, causing a lot of players to change servers. THIS NEEDS FIXED ASAP
