    Quick question, I wanted to set up a small 7d2d server for my family (we have an Ark server on Survival too); but when I go to order a new server, only France/Germany/Singapore are available, no NA locations will allow me to click on them. Any ideas what is going on there or when more slots will be available?

    That's a good point. I know we've had a lot more problems since they got ready for Conan Exiles - depending on what VM features they are using, if they are allowing memory and CPU cores to be utilized across multiple VM instead of capped per VM, then they could very easily be running out of power on the existing blade clusters.

    Same thing here, server has been showing unknown status for hours now. Really discouraging to see this on a weekend, and this is not the first time my server has been down in the past 2 weeks alone. Opened ticket 145557 for it, server ID 32618. What's really starting to frustrate me is the lack of communication - last time my server went down, it was due to a hardware failure affecting a bunch of servers, but we didn't even hear about it until it was already fixed, hours and hours later. I work in IT - I know problems occur, and I would never expect everything to run flawlessly 100% of the time. But communication is really important. Just letting us know there IS a problem that has been identified affecting all these servers would be a huge help.

    On a related question, hopefully the SurvivalServer admins know more about the DLC functionality than we do We know it supports cross-Ark travel via the Gateways between The Island and the DLC map. DO we know anything about that functionality, its limitations or configurations? Can we set it to allow travel between two private servers, or what are our options?

    For what it's worth I'm having the exact same problem, I've been trying to update since v227 came out but have not been able to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have tried quite a few times at this point. I have submitted a ticket #993916 for my issue. Also, I think general was the right place to put this, the only other two categories were Paid Mod Work & Sales, so you should be good to go
