  1. Please create a detailed support ticket. You are not alone. Please be patient as we want to assist everyone. EDIT: Corrupt data - You should attempt to re install dayz.
  2. If you haven't done so please create a support ticket with details of your issues and when they happened. Currently others are having issues as well and this could be related. Please be patient and let the techs do their job. We want to help everyone. EDIT: More detail of your situation and what is stopping you from joining would allow me to give you quicker feedback and results.
  3. Please submit a support ticket with time issue started included.
  4. A lot of people seem to have RCON password related issues when they start a new server. This should fix any issues. Anything more should be put into a support ticket. No problem it is an easy fix. 1.) Stop your server in TC Admin. 2.) Use either TC Admin File Manager or FTP to access your server files. 3.) Click on the Bliss folder, then click Battleye folder. 4.) Delete the file called " BEServer_active_XXX.cfg" (it will not have XXX, that is just an example) 5.) Go into TC Admin >> Configuration Files and open the Bliss/server.cfg and click save with the admin pass you want. 6.) Go into TC Admin >> Configuration Files and open the config editor for BattlEye\BEServer.cfg and click save! 7.) Start server!
  5. If you haven't already please take a screenshot and make a support ticket.
  6. dayz_mission.pbo contains the custom image. You will have to use a de-pbo tool (google it) to unpack the file to get to its contents. A pbo file is essentially like a ZIP folder or file. Have to unpack it to get to the goods. Look for description.ext and add the following as the first line into the document: loadscreen=yourimagename.jpg; Make sure that your image has been put into the folder that description.ext file is in as well. If above doesn't work try to look for line: loadscreen = "\z\addons\dayz_code\gui\dayz_logo_ca.paa"; and replace it with: loadscreen="yourimagename.jpg";
  7. If you are using the configuration editor is should contain options to change password and ping limits. If not please submit a support ticket regarding the issue. Also include screen shots which can be taken via [print screen] key and pasted into paint program then saved as a .png (picture). Upload that with your support ticket for better and quicker responses.

If you could explain a few things I may be able to help. 1) When did you purchase your server 2) How long has it been since you purchased it or changed something on it 3) Create a support ticket for your issue so it is being worked on from both ends. Only reason you shouldn't be able to access server is if it is brand new or not started via TC Admin. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
  9. 1) I recently used my dayz tools and are working perfectly. If you are a new customer it may take some time before you can access the tools. If you did not receive and instructional email wait for a reply to your tickets. It can take 24 hours. Sometimes long if your issue is really out of the norm. 2) Once again if it is a new server this could be the issue. Otherwise I would recommend following the installation guide found in the private hive section of the forums 3) TC admin won't update your server name right away. It does take time. Also make sure you have changed the version number in the configuration files. You may have it updated but the old number will be there. 4) Mod manager will show which files are installed and it can be trusted 5) I don't use AOL but if you don't think you are receiving emails from SS then remember that you get one email saying your ticket as received and another email when they respond. Check spam folders.

  11. I'm sure they will be adding it shortly. Usually I see updates added within 24 hours.
  12. The scheduler.xml has some bugs from time to time that usually a restart will fix. Make sure to follow the guide here: https://survivalservers.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=7&t=470 If this does not work please open a support ticket.
  13. You should search and take some time to read through our forum. All of your questions have been answered before. It is unfair to those who have searched and or asked the questions before to have to read many topics like yours created because people didn't take the time to do a little searching.   14. Dayz Tools > Map Tool is how to add stuff if it isn't working submit a support ticket. My preferred method is using silentwarrior antihacks.
  15. The $20 is buying the license from the developer from what I can tell. You need to be able to have your personal information encrypted so other admins can use silentwarrior without having to give them crucial server information. Generate pre-key by following your email instructions Email the silent warrior developer or submit a support ticket once you have pre-key The dev gives you the post key Enter it in on TSW and viola good to go
  16. Please be patient and record a log of when and what you did. Example: 13:51 - 3/7/2013 - US 9999 Server went down for a scheduled restart and never came back on. Attempted to manually restart in TC admin but server is not responding. See attached screenshot. You can take a screenshot with [print screen] key usually found after the row of (F)unction keys. Then use paint program to make a quick .png to add to your support tickets. It will help a lot
  17. Understand that it could be the recent updates. There will be hiccups along the way but everyone is working hard to bring you the best service.

  19. You are fine, my server is down to. I cannot even get mine started. It says stopping in red text in TC admin with no option to change anything.
  20. Hello Everyone, Is anyone else having server downtime issues or slow restarts. It seems to take a lot longer as of late to get the server up and running. I also now have a support ticket out because my server did a scheduled restart and won't come back online. I cannot do anything manually with it.
  21. NOTE: It appears the buildings take some time to load in if it is your first custom building. I added it, started server, logged in and nothing. Logged out, made support ticket, joined back it, and it was there....closed ticket. Not sure why it was delayed but since then I have upgrade my NEAF to an awesome place to go. EDIT: Most likely delayed due to loading from database. It may take a little time as you add buildings but thing will slowly load it after restart.
  22. Would you like to explain more about the red text? May help other admins running servers. My server has grown quite a bit and luckily only those spawn weapons and teleporters have joined. However if I grow to the point of being hack attacked often I would just go white list.
  23. Now, when you modify your .pbo and loot tables, can players still join without downloading anything special? Any modified files are downloaded when they join the server. It doesn't over write anything. Its a cool feature of ARMA 2 server design.
  24. Game is designed for you to lose stuff in the water. It falls to the bottom and you can see it there. Can't get it.
