New servers are always a bumpy road for the first few days. Please be patient and document everything you do so when you make a support ticket or post here others can help. The tech team will attempt to resolve it soon. I had this email recently Survival Servers We are having an issue with our main database server, we will keep you updated as to what is happening. The tech team does the best job they can to ensure you are kept up at a running. If this happens all you can do is wait. I have been told to follow the twitter page for live updates.

Has this issue been resolved? Also have you created a support ticket from the contact us section of the homepage? I received this email recently but my server has been up and running since then.

Home Page > Contact Us (top right hand corner) Go to your dayz tools and click the run task after server is off. Let it run and then start the server. Should be good to go. What dayz/map are you running?

Seems I always had issues with messages. I use gotcha antihack to broadcast.

Go to the FAQ section adding buildings to your server. We tell you how via database and provide a link to a DayZ guide for what is allowed. Buildings are difficult....one thing it doesn't like at it won't work. All the base buildings that are already on the map will work. Fire house, Aircraft Hangar, Construction Site, ect.

I started off as an eager customer just like the majority of these posts. I decided that I was a little hot headed in the beginning and could provide actual help to some of the new customers. I helped perfect some FAQs in the FAQ section and I help out where I can. Majority of the time you need to be patient for a day or two and don't mess with stuff you don't understand. I'm sure 3/4s of all support tickets are created beause user error caused an issue. Everyone needs to keep in mind the beginning month is a rough road. You are having a new server set up and have a lot of dreams for it. Not all of those dreams are easy and until you get the server where you want you will find frustration. Don't blame SS they do care and never imagined it would grow into what it has. They love their customers. They keep busy for 12 hour days sometimes. Everyone is human and needs sleep.

Being patient is the only thing I ask of new customers. It takes time. Everyone is eager to use their new server. This company will treat you right.

You are disrespectful and this company deserves some respect. They have been loyal to their customers. It is always the new ones who act like you are. I'm just a customer. Not a member of the tech team. It takes time to set up a lot of new servers. Be patient, if you have problems make a support ticket per issue and wait. There were some changes to TCadmin recently.
