    Whenever I try and connect to BERcon or DaRT it says that it cannot recognise the password. I know that the password is correct because I have checked it multiple times in the files. Anyone got any ideas to how I can resolve this? The same kind of thing happens on other things when it requires to access something through the internet on my laptop. For example, when I try logging in to my VMware account, I can't because the same thing happens as it is on these two programs. It just can't access it. Thank you so much if you can help me.
