    My cluster server seems to dissapear whenever the server is restarted. Submitted a ticket which resolved it temporarily. (Using the launch parameters for the override difficulty 5.0 command) But it quickly came back. Currently just using the main server. Understand that it's a busy time. Just sharing incase anyone else has the issue. Main server still running great and I got a very quick reply on my original ticket which was great.

    GAME SERVER ID #30119 Ticket #140040 [sOLVED] Status fluctuates between ready and unknown. Sometimes have to join multiple times before getting in. Sometimes has some severe lag spikes where ping goes up to 200+ for everyone in server. Edit: 5:25 PM EST through 11:30 PM EST. Status still unknown. FTP connection worked, control panel unusable. Submitted ticket at this point.. Edit: Handled via ticket.
