    GAME SERVER ID #29678 Server was under unexpected maintanence but came back up and I was able to get back on. I tried to restart and add a couple mods and it said it restarted but never came back up so I tried again and got stuck on the restarting (wait 20mins) screen for over an hour and now I have the "Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "start" which started 01/06/2017 19:04:52 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is completed." and can't restart.

    Does changing the difficult offset above 1 increase the max level of wild dinos beyond 120 even if mods arent installed?
