If you want to adjust the setting, go to your ssPanel here @ SS. In Tool "Modify Server Config" will give you access to some breeding/baby stuff.

You can switch chats while being in the chat window with tab.
 
So you press enter to start typing, switch with tab to your desired chat section.

The config tool has a spot to add lines to the gameusersettings.ini, not the game.ini. I used the FTP method and manually edited it, but I would have liked to have used the tool.

If you don't place the [serverSettings] title, it seems to put the entries just after the Message of the day and don't actually work.

So I played around with placing that command in a few different spots, And I finally got it to work by pasting it in the "Custom.in code" from the modify server config.  The following is everything I have in my custom.ini code.  Now remember you can't just "save form values"  that doesn't actually write it to the ini file, it just saves the value on the web interface.  You have to either select the first choice to "stop, save to ini and restart" or just "stop and save"  Did that and not my base and as well as another tribe's base that was have the same issue can now build freely around the drop.  Hope this helps you guys out!

Umm, if Filezilla is doing something on your computer, that's on your computer. No one can investigate that but you. Specifically, when you mean to close it, be sure you're actually closing it, okay?

Assuming you're running The Center, that's a known problem that has been around for a while, ever since the Redwood Biome was added, but which is due to be fixed in the next update which is due next week. There's nothing you can do about it until then, and it's true for anyone running The Center regardless of hosting service -- you can even see it on your singleplayer game.

When you set up your server you specified a password in the "Admin Pass" box. In game, press Tab, then type enablecheats yourpassword and hit Enter. Nothing visible will happen, but other people will see a star on your head and in your chats in the world chat. Now you can do all the spawn commands and everything else here: http://ark.gamepedia.com/Console_Commands(these also go into the console you get when you press Tab).
