    This finally cleared itself up after Modify Server Config and rebooting through there with the same settings.

    This worked to restore my buildings, items, engrams learned and levels. However, my stats gained are set to stock game and not adjusted to the server progression rate and my engram points are negative.

    Last night I moved servers from NY to LA, I saved the files to a local backup via FTP as per instructions. All content was lost on the move, so I am attempting to restore the server with those files, but I cannot find a walk through for a layman like myself. Via FTP I transferred the saved files to the ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArk folder to see if it works. I also see a SavedArkLocal folder that is empty. Is this for autosaves?

    I've tried exactly this and the server just seems to never get past loading. Is this normal and just takes awhile? It's been loading 2+ hrs.
