GAME SERVER ID #21518 I have been emailing support all week about multiple server crashes and all i was meet with was a suggestion to upgrade. Now the server is down on most busy day of the week and I'm getting Unknown Status and cant bring it back up. Please help me resolve this asap we have a large community that we don't want to lose.

I was playing on a server hosted by an admin that is using this service. He needs to shut it down and says he cant transfer the account to me. So I setup a server using this service and i want to restore our game files from his server to the new one. I was told by support to just upload all the files/folders in the "Saved" folder. So i deleted the current files/folders that came with the new server and uploaded the ones from his server. I then started the server back up and nothing matches. The files listed in the restore drop down don't match whats in the ftp and when i log on to the server none of our builds are there. Can someone please guide me through this process, I am new to game server hosting/setup.
